At our core, we’re artists & designers. We use design-led thinking to navigate the potential of the variety of spaces we encounter, and can provide services post-purchase that’ll ensure you’re off to the right start. We have a list of tradespeople we work with and refer our clients to and happily consult our clients on equity-building upgrades that can be done & provide resources to accomplish those when needed.

We’ve done big and small renovations, managed remodels, done a plethora of DIY, and understand the value of hiring experts where applicable.
